• Compatibility with all telecom providers
• Service availability in all regions
• Freedom from maintenance downtime
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levrage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Services.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for Services already provided.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons.
We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except for immediate security threats.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
Courts in Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
