Levrage in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini

01What you can do

The Levrage connector lets your AI assistant work in your Levrage account, as you. Ask in plain words and it can:

• Build agents: create and edit voice agents, choose between Voice Advanced and Voice Standard, pick a voice, and write the agent’s instructions, greeting and closing with you.
• Keep every version: each change to an agent’s instructions is saved as a version you can go back to.
• Test before going live: rehearse an agent by text, place a test call to your own phone, and check what the agent finds in its knowledge for a question.
• Review real calls: outcomes, summaries, details collected and full transcripts, so your assistant can suggest improvements to the instructions.
• Run campaigns: call a list of people, see a preview first, and pause, resume or stop it.
• Use the CRM: add or update leads in bulk, find people, move stages, build groups and call a group once or every day as new people match.
• See results: ROI reports for any period or campaign, compared with the period before.
• Check your plan: what it includes and how much of this month’s allowances is left.

02Before you start

• A Levrage account. Sign up or sign in.
• A Levrage API key: in Levrage, open Developers and create one. You paste it once, when you connect.
• For the CRM: give that key Read and write access in CRM → Settings → API and webhooks.
• Some features, such as ROI dashboards, depend on your Levrage plan. If something isn’t on your plan, your assistant tells you and links to the plans page.

03Connect in Claude

On claude.ai or the Claude desktop app:

1. Open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector (or find Levrage in the connector directory and choose Connect).
2. Name it Levrage and enter https://mcp.levrage.ai/mcp. Leave the other settings as they are and choose Add, then Connect.
3. On the Connect Levrage page, paste your API key and choose Connect.
4. In a new chat, make sure Levrage is switched on in the tools menu, then ask, for example, “List my agents”.

On Claude Team and Enterprise plans an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first. Each person then connects with their own key.

Claude Code and other developer tools

Add the same address. Tools that support sign-in open the Connect Levrage page; others can send the key:

04Connect in ChatGPT, Gemini and other assistants

Any assistant that supports connectors (also called MCP servers) can use Levrage. Add a connector with the address https://mcp.levrage.ai/mcp; when it asks you to sign in, the Connect Levrage page opens and you paste your API key.

• ChatGPT: find Levrage in the apps directory once it is listed, or add it under Settings → Apps & Connectors with developer mode on.
• Gemini: add it where your Gemini plan lets you connect apps or tools, with the same address.

05Things to try

• “List my agents and tell me which ones made calls this week.”
• “Build a voice agent that books appointments for my dental clinic in English and Hindi. Ask me what you need.”
• “Read the last 5 calls of my Sales Caller with transcripts and tell me what to fix in its instructions.”
• “Rehearse my reception agent with a confused caller and a rude one, then suggest changes.”
• “Add these 200 leads from my sheet to the CRM and show me how many in Pune I can call.”
• “Show my ROI report for last month against the month before.”

06What it asks before acting

• Reading your agents, calls, leads and reports happens straight away. Anything that changes your account is marked as a change, so your assistant asks you first unless you’ve told it to always allow that action.
• Calls and campaigns phone real people. Campaigns always show a preview first (who will be called, from which number and when) and start only after you agree.
• The connector never buys numbers, tops up your wallet or changes your plan. Those stay in the Levrage dashboard.
• Instructions, test scenarios and knowledge are written by your assistant with you, in the conversation.

07Privacy and security

• Your API key is stored encrypted. Your assistant gets its own access token, which we keep only as a one-way hash; it lasts an hour and is renewed while you stay connected.
• Your conversation with the assistant stays with the assistant. Levrage receives only the requests it sends, each carrying what that action needs, and what they create (an agent, a lead, a rehearsal chat) is kept in your account like anything you do in the dashboard. We keep basic operational logs (which action ran, when, and whether it failed) for security and support.
• Results go to your assistant, which processes them under its own provider’s terms and privacy policy.

08Disconnect

Remove the connector in your assistant’s settings. To cut access everywhere at once, delete the API key on the Developers page in Levrage; every connection that used it stops working within a minute.
