01What an AI voice agent costs

AI voice agents are priced by the minute of talk time. The rate covers the agent listening, thinking and speaking. These are Levrage’s rates on each plan, before GST:

Calls are billed by the second, so on pay as you go a 40-second call costs 40 seconds: ₹0.09 a second on Voice Standard, about $0.001.

02What the price includes, and what it doesn’t

• Included in the per-minute rate: the voice AI, which hears the caller, understands them, looks up your knowledge and speaks the reply, in 50+ languages.
• Telephony and numbers: on a Levrage number, telephony is ₹0.38 a minute and the number ₹398 a month. On your own carrier (Exotel, Tata Tele, Twilio or any SIP) we add no telephony charge.
• More calls at once: each plan includes some concurrent calls; an extra channel is ₹800 a month.
• Testing: each plan has free test-call minutes every month; after that, test calls and voice simulations are ₹3.50 a minute.
• Audit Lab (Enterprise): ₹2.00 a minute to check calls against your own rules.
• Not charged: unanswered and failed calls, and there is no platform fee on pay as you go, Starter or Growth.

03What a month costs: three examples

On Voice Standard, before telephony and GST:

The same 20,000 minutes on pay as you go would cost ₹1,10,000: the monthly plans lower the rate as volume grows, and higher volumes get custom pricing from our sales team.

04How to compare vendors

A low headline rate can still be the bigger bill. For every vendor, add up:

• The voice AI rate, and whether it already includes the language model and the voice, or they are extra.
• Telephony, phone numbers and channels.
• Platform fees and monthly minimums.
• Rounding: per second, or every call rounded up to a full minute.
• Unanswered calls, voicemail and failed calls: free or charged.
• What you would otherwise pay for separately: the CRM, campaigns, follow-ups on WhatsApp and testing.
• GST or other taxes.

Then divide by what you care about: the cost of a qualified lead, a booked visit or a payment collected, measured on a pilot with your own calls.
