01If your business connected an account

To stop sharing data with Levrage, do either of these:

• In Levrage, open the agent and choose Disconnect on the Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp row, or disconnect the number under Integrations > WhatsApp.
• On Facebook, go to Settings > Apps and websites and remove LevrageAI.

Either way we stop receiving data from that account and delete its access tokens straight away. To also delete the messages, contacts and other data we already received from it, email support@levrage.ai from your account’s email address, naming the account or number. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

02When you remove Levrage from Facebook

Facebook tells us automatically when you remove LevrageAI from your account or ask Facebook to delete your data. We then disconnect every Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp account connected through your login and delete the access tokens. Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of the request.

03If you messaged a business that uses Levrage

Conversations with a business belong to that business: we process them on its behalf. Ask the business first to delete your messages. You can also email support@levrage.ai with your name, the phone number or username you used, and the business you contacted. We will pass the request to the business and help it delete your data within 30 days.

04CRMs, Google and other connected services

To stop Levrage accessing a CRM, Google account, store or other connected service, disconnect it in Levrage under Integrations, or revoke access in that service’s own settings (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions). We then stop using its access credentials.

To delete the data we already received from it, email support@levrage.ai from your account’s email address, naming the service. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting data in Levrage does not delete it from the connected service itself.

05What we keep

We keep billing and tax records only as long as the law requires. Everything else covered by a deletion request is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data generally.
