Never miss a
ringing phone.
Clinics, dealerships, salons, restaurants — every missed call is a booking that went to whoever picked up. Levrage answers on the first ring, books into your calendar, and reschedules without a human touching the phone.

The way a front desk works today
The phone rings while you are with a customer
Your receptionist is checking someone in, and the phone rings. It goes to voicemail. That caller books with the clinic down the road who answered. Your busiest hours are exactly when you miss the most calls.
Bookings only happen in business hours
People decide to book an appointment at 9pm. Your line is closed until morning, and by then they have found someone else. A voicemail is not a booking.
Half the calls are the same four questions
Are you open? Where do I park? Do you take my insurance? Can I move my appointment? Your front desk spends its day on questions a system should be answering.

Questions about front desk
- Can it book directly into our practice management system?
- Levrage connects to Google Calendar, Calendly, and common practice management systems via API. It reads live availability and writes the booking during the call — so there is no double-booking and no manual entry afterwards.
- What happens if the caller wants something unusual?
- The AI transfers to your staff with the caller's name, their reason for calling, and any existing booking already pulled up. Your team picks up mid-context instead of starting the conversation over.
- Do we keep our existing phone number?
- Yes. You either point your existing number at Levrage, or add it as an overflow line that answers only when your team has not picked up within a set number of rings. Nothing about your published number changes.
- Can it handle several callers at once?
- Yes. There is no queue and no busy tone — every simultaneous call is answered independently. A rush of calls after an ad goes out does not create hold time.
- How does it reduce no-shows?
- Every booking triggers an SMS confirmation immediately and a reminder the day before. Callers can reschedule by calling back and talking to the AI, which turns a no-show into a moved appointment.
- Will callers know it is not a person?
- Many do not. Response latency is under 500ms and the voice is natural. You choose whether the AI introduces itself as an assistant — some clinics prefer full transparency, and it makes no measurable difference to booking rates.
